- Location requirement: These Terms apply primarily to players located in Great Britain using chancecas.com. You must not access our gambling services from any jurisdiction where such access is unlawful or where we do not hold the required licence.
- Single account: You may hold only one Account with Chance Casino for personal use. Multiple accounts, including "duplicate" or "linked" accounts, are prohibited and may result in suspension, closure, and forfeiture of Bonuses.
Registration Process
- Providing information: When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and other details requested in the registration forms on chancecas.com.
- Email verification: We may require you to verify your email and/or mobile number by responding to a verification link or code sent to you before enabling full Account functionality.
- Username and password: You must choose a secure password and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your Account, whether authorised by you or not. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach.
KYC, Source of Funds and Affordability Checks
- Identity verification: In compliance with UKGC requirements, we will verify your identity and age before allowing you to gamble or withdraw funds. This may include requesting copies of identity documents (passport, national ID, driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and other information.
- Source of funds and affordability: To meet anti-money laundering and safer gambling obligations, we may ask for evidence of your income or wealth (such as payslips, bank statements, tax returns) to confirm that your gambling is affordable and that your funds are from legitimate sources.
- Use of third parties: We may use third-party agencies and databases to verify your identity, age and credit status. These checks are carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
- Account restrictions: Until verification is complete, we may restrict your ability to deposit, wager, or withdraw, or suspend your Account. If we cannot satisfactorily complete our checks, we may close your Account and, where lawful, return any Real Money Balance subject to regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations.
User Obligations

- Responsible gambling: You are responsible for your gambling behaviour. We provide tools such as deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion on chancecas.com. You agree to use these and to contact us or independent support organisations if you feel your gambling is no longer under control.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Game Rules
- Game participation: You may place Bets only via your Account on chancecas.com. Bets are accepted when our servers confirm receipt and acceptance. A transaction ID or confirmation in your bet history is conclusive evidence of acceptance.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed in the Game interface. You agree not to exceed any such limits. We may adjust these limits at any time in accordance with regulatory requirements and our risk policies.
- Game outcomes: The outcome of each Game is determined by a random number generator ("RNG") or, in the case of live casino Games, by physical devices or live dealers. The result shown on our servers will be final and binding, subject to the error and malfunction provisions below.
- Time-critical bets: For Games or events where timing matters (for example, live casino or in-play features), your Bet must reach our servers before the relevant cut-off point. If a Bet is placed after the cut-off, it may be rejected or voided.
Cancellation, Modification and Errors
- No cancellation by Player: Once a Bet has been accepted by our systems, you cannot cancel, amend, or withdraw it. You are responsible for reviewing your Bets before confirming them.
- Operator corrections: We reserve the right to void or adjust Bets where a manifest error has occurred, including but not limited to obvious pricing errors, incorrect game configuration, or technical faults. In such cases, affected Bets may be settled at the correct terms or cancelled, with stakes returned to your Real Money Balance.
- Malfunctions: If a Game malfunctions (including RNG failure, display errors, or disconnections) the result of the relevant Game round may be void. Stakes placed in malfunctioning rounds will normally be refunded, and any winnings arising directly from the malfunction may be voided.
- Disconnections: If you disconnect from the Website during a Game, the outcome will continue to be determined by our systems where possible. Once you reconnect, you may review the result in your Game history. We will not be liable for losses caused by your internet or device connection issues, subject to the Limitation of Liability section below.
Rules of Conduct, Fair Play and Chat
- Fair play: You must not engage in any behaviour that gives you an unfair advantage, including but not limited to collusion with other players, exploiting software bugs, using bots or automated systems, or manipulating any Game.
- Live casino and chat: Where live chat or interaction with dealers or other players is available, you must behave respectfully. You must not use offensive, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or threatening language or content, nor may you promote illegal activities or other gambling operators.
- Fraud and unlawful activity: Any suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity may lead to immediate suspension or closure of your Account, retention of funds where permitted, and reporting to relevant authorities and the UKGC.
- Compliance with Game rules: In addition to these Terms, you must comply with the specific rules and paytables of each Game as displayed within the Game interface. In case of any conflict, the specific Game rules will generally take precedence for the purpose of settling Bets.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonus offers: From time to time, we may offer Bonuses, free spins, cashback or other promotions on chancecas.com to players of Chance Casino. Each Bonus is subject to these Terms and to any specific terms displayed in the relevant promotional materials ("Bonus Terms").
- Eligibility: Bonus eligibility may depend on your country of residence, payment method, Account status, and responsible gambling indicators. We may exclude certain players or groups of players from specific promotions where required by law, regulation, or our risk policies.
- Non-transferable: Bonuses are personal to you, cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn only once the applicable wagering requirements and other conditions have been met.
Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Bonus activation: Some Bonuses require you to opt in, enter a bonus code, or make a qualifying deposit. Details will be stated in the specific Bonus Terms on chancecas.com at the time of the promotion.
- Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds and any associated winnings must be wagered a specified number of times (for example, 35x the Bonus amount) before they are converted to your Real Money Balance and become withdrawable. Wagering requirements and qualifying Games will be clearly set out in the Bonus Terms.
- Contribution of Games: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, most slot Games may contribute 100%, while table Games and live casino Games may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. The contribution table on chancecas.com forms part of these Terms.
- Time limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must normally be completed within a stated period (for example, 30 days from activation). If the time limit expires, any remaining Bonus Balance and related winnings may be forfeited.
Prohibited Actions and Bonus Abuse
- Prohibited betting patterns: You must not use Bonus funds to place low-risk or zero-risk Bets, or to engage in betting patterns that are designed primarily to meet wagering requirements without real risk (for example, betting on red and black in roulette simultaneously, or using hedging strategies across different Accounts).
- Maximum bet while wagering: We may impose a maximum stake per spin or Game round while a Bonus is active (for example, a maximum of £5 per spin). If you exceed this limit, we may void any Bonus and related winnings.
- Multiple promotion abuse: The combination of multiple Bonuses or promotional offers in a way that results in guaranteed profit or removes normal risk (for example, using multiple Accounts or coordinating with other players) is prohibited and may result in cancellation of Bonuses, forfeiture of winnings, and Account closure.
- Discretion to withhold or withdraw Bonuses: Where we reasonably suspect Bonus abuse, fraud, collusion, or a breach of these Terms or the relevant Bonus Terms, we may refuse, withhold or withdraw a Bonus and/or any winnings obtained using a Bonus, and may close or restrict your Account in line with our regulatory obligations.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Permitted payment methods: Chance Casino currently accepts deposits via selected debit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and other approved electronic payment services as listed in the cashier section of chancecas.com. For players in Great Britain, deposits by credit card (including credit card transactions via e-wallets) are not permitted in line with UKGC regulations.
- Crypto-assets: Where crypto-assets are offered as a payment option for players in other jurisdictions by the wider Apex Gaming Group N.V., such options are not currently available to players located in Great Britain unless and until they are permitted under UK law and UKGC regulation. You must not attempt to fund your Account via crypto-assets if you are located in Great Britain.
- Ownership of payment method: You may only use payment methods that are in your own name. We may request evidence that you are the legitimate holder of a payment method. Payments from business accounts or third parties may be rejected or returned.
- Deposit limits: We may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and/or per period. You can also set your own deposit limits as a safer gambling tool within your Account settings.
Withdrawals
- General withdrawal rules: You may request a withdrawal of your available Real Money Balance at any time, subject to these Terms, completion of any applicable wagering requirements, and our KYC, anti-money laundering and affordability checks.
- Payment method for withdrawals: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used to deposit. If this is not possible, we may select an alternative method in your name, in line with regulatory guidance and internal policies.
- Processing times: We aim to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, generally within a few Business Days. Actual receipt of funds will depend on the processing times of your payment provider and may be longer.
- Verification before withdrawal: We may request additional documents or information before approving a withdrawal, including identity documents, proof of address, source of funds evidence, and details of your payment method. Until these checks are completed to our satisfaction, withdrawals may be delayed or withheld.
- Fees and charges: Any fees or charges for deposits or withdrawals will be clearly disclosed in the cashier section of chancecas.com. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may also charge their own fees, which are outside our control.
Refunds, Reversals and Account Balances
- Refunds of deposits: Deposits are normally final and non-refundable once used for gambling. In limited circumstances and at our discretion, we may agree to refund unused deposits, subject to anti-money laundering checks and regulatory requirements.
- Reversal of transactions: If a deposit is reversed, charged back, or otherwise cancelled, we may cancel any related winnings and Bonuses, and deduct the relevant amount from your Account balance. We may also recover such amounts from future deposits if necessary.
- Bet settlement and refunds: Where a Bet is voided or a Game is cancelled due to technical faults or other legitimate reasons, your stake may be refunded to your Real Money Balance. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Limitation of Liability
Our Obligations
- Fairness and regulatory compliance: We are committed to operating Chance Casino on chancecas.com in a fair and transparent manner in accordance with our UKGC licence conditions, the UK Gambling Act 2005 and any applicable regulations and guidance. - Indirect and consequential loss: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of Chance Casino on chancecas.com.
- Technical failures: We are not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of failures caused by your equipment, internet connection, telecommunications network, or power supply, nor for any losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example, force majeure events).
- Maximum compensation: Subject to mandatory legal rights and the preceding paragraphs, our total liability to you in respect of any single Bet or Game shall not exceed the amount of the stake placed by you on that Bet or Game. Where a series of related Bets or Games is affected by the same error or incident, our liability will be limited to the total stakes placed on the affected transactions.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership of content: All rights in and to the Website chancecas.com, Chance Casino, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, code, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Apex Gaming UK Ltd and/or Apex Gaming Group N.V. and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
